1. Return period
A return request must be made within 48 hours (2 days) after the items are RECEIVED. Requests after that period are not accepted.
Please check your items as soon as the parcel arrives. The period starts when the items are handed to you or recorded as delivered by the courier — not from the order date.
2. When items can be returned
We accept return requests for:
- Items damaged, leaking or broken on arrival.
- Wrong or incomplete items compared with the order.
- Parcels that did not arrive (courier orders).
3. What is not accepted
- Products that have been opened or used, unless they were damaged or wrong on arrival — for hygiene and product safety reasons.
- Requests made after 48 hours (2 days) from receiving the items.
- Requests without photo proof (except parcels that did not arrive).
4. How to request
- Open your order page — the link in your order email, or Member Portal → Purchase History if you are logged in.
- In the "Returns" section, choose a reason, write a short description and press "Submit request".
- Attach at least one photo (up to 3 photos). A Google Drive video link can be added as extra proof.
- We review the request and show the decision on your order page. If approved, we give instructions for returning the items.
5. Refunds
Refunds are made by AZLIN BINTI MUSA — the money for your order is received by us, not by the platform.
Once the request is approved and the items are received back (or confirmed not delivered), the money is refunded through the original payment method or bank transfer within 14 working days.
For damaged, wrong or incomplete items, we cover the return postage. Instead of a refund, you may choose a replacement if stock is available.
6. Orders cancelled before shipping
Paid orders cancelled before shipping are refunded in full, including shipping.
