1. Who we are
Noraini Yat ("we") is an authorised distributor of JRM products operating the store CIK ANIE JRM at https://jrmnogori.com/cikaniejrm. We are the seller of every order in this store and the party responsible for the personal data you provide when you buy.
This store is hosted on the JRMNOGORI.COM platform owned by Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd. (201801018979), the JRM stockist that supplies our products. Your OLIN HIVE member account data (if any) is handled under the OLIN HIVE Privacy Policy.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data needed to process your order:
- Name, phone number and email address.
- Delivery address (for courier orders) or the pickup place and time you choose.
- Order details — products, quantities, prices, order notes and the gift card message you write.
- Date of birth, if you choose to provide it (optional).
- Photos, video links and descriptions you send when requesting a return.
- We do NOT receive or store your bank card number. Online payments are processed directly by CHIP.
3. How we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order, or prepare it for pickup.
- To contact you about your order, payment, delivery and return requests, and to send receipts.
- To register your JRM membership through OLIN HIVE when your purchase qualifies (RM80 and above on eligible products).
- To send birthday greetings or offers by WhatsApp if you give your date of birth. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To meet legal and accounting requirements.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is shared only as far as needed with:
- Courier companies — name, phone and delivery address, to deliver the parcel.
- CHIP (payment gateway) — name, email, phone and payment amount, to process the payment.
- Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd. (201801018979), owner of the JRMNOGORI.COM platform and our stockist — order and membership records, for stock management, JRM membership and complaint handling.
- Authorities, where required by law.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site uses session cookies to keep your cart, language choice and login.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) is used to measure advertising performance.
6. Retention and security
Order records and receipts are kept for seven (7) years for accounting purposes, as required by law. Data is stored on protected servers and can only be read by us and authorised platform staff.
7. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to your data, correct inaccurate data, and withdraw consent to marketing messages.
