Supports nerve function and eases physical tension. Suitable for post-natal soaks.

For men and women, from age 7 through to older adults.

Bath: add 1–3 cups to a tub of warm water and soak for 30 minutes.

Foot soak: add 1 cup to a basin of warm water above the ankles and soak for 15 minutes, three times a week.

Spray mist: dissolve 1 tablespoon in 100ml of boiling water, transfer to a spray bottle and spray onto the sore area.

Post-natal soak: add 200 grams to a tub together with a decoction of manjakani, betel leaf and henna leaf, and soak for 15–30 minutes.
