1. The seller
The store ZIEYRAJRMHOLISTIK (https://jrmnogori.com/zieyrajrmholistik) is operated by ZIEYRA EMPIRE, an authorised distributor of JRM products. Every order in this store is a contract of sale between you and ZIEYRA EMPIRE.
Payment is made directly to ZIEYRA EMPIRE. This store is not a branch of Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd. (201801018979); it is hosted on the JRMNOGORI.COM platform.
2. Products and prices
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are set by HQ — the same in every authorised distributor store. Logged-in JRM members pay the member price; promotional prices apply within their period only.
For delivery to Sabah, Sarawak and F.T. Labuan, separate Sabah & Sarawak prices apply and are shown before you pay.
The products sold are food, food supplement and personal care products — not medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a health condition.
3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received. Payment methods in this store:
- Online payment via CHIP (FPX internet banking and other methods shown on the CHIP page).
- Bank transfer to ZIEYRA EMPIRE's account, with the receipt uploaded on the order page.
- Stock is held for you for 24 hours for CHIP payments. Orders not paid within that time are cancelled automatically.
- For manual payment, stock is held for 24 hours while you upload the receipt. We verify the receipt before the items are processed.
- Cash to us when you collect the items yourself. Stock is held for at least 72 hours (or until the day of your collection slot); orders that are not collected are cancelled automatically. A receipt is issued as soon as the money is received.
- Cash on delivery (COD) — we deliver to your address ourselves within our coverage area, at the shop's own delivery rate. The order is held for at least 72 hours and cancelled automatically if it cannot be handed over.
4. Delivery and self pickup
Shipping is calculated by parcel weight and delivery postcode, and shown before you pay.
- Delivery throughout Malaysia by courier: J&T Express, Pos Laju.
- Where self pickup is offered, you choose the place, date and time at checkout; the full address is given after the order is placed.
- Hand-over area: Simpang Pertang.
- A tracking number is given by email and on the order page once the parcel is handed to the courier.
5. Cancellation and returns
Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting us. Paid orders cancelled before shipping are refunded in full.
Returns are subject to this store's Return & Refund Policy — within 48 hours (2 days) after the items are received.
6. JRM membership and reward points
A purchase of RM80 and above on eligible products opens a JRM membership through OLIN HIVE; a link to set your password is sent to your email. Membership, member prices and reward points are governed by the OLIN HIVE terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012. Your statutory rights are not affected.
